Please join us Saturday, November 9 from 9 am PST to 10 pm PST at  2260 N Fremont St Suite 2, Monterey, CA 93940 for a self defense class hosted by Ragnarock Athletics! 

This will be an in-person event only and space is limited. Reclaim Foundation is hosting this event to provide a communal self-care activity with positive mental health benefits, as well as encourage attendees to learn life saving self defense techniques in the event they are ever needed. 

The self defense class will be taught by Joe Aesir. Joe is ISSA, CPT. CES and SSC Level II, Karate Black Belt, and BJJ Brown Belt, and teaches at Ragnarock Athletics. 

This is workshop is free to attend, but we encourage donations and have a suggested donation amount of $25 donation to Reclaim Foundation. You can donate here or donate via cash at the event. Your donations directly support our programs and survivors.
